Friday, 15 March 2024My order never came after informing me it was on the way , I waited 45 minutes and then the app changed to enjoy my food that I didn’t recieve , this is disgraceful

I realize that this was not the service that you expected...and we try our very best to do things on time Order placed: 02:57 AM on 15 March 2024 and it was delivered by our driver @3:58 AM 15 March 2024 and it was a cash order so you paid after receiving your food cash on delivery so saying not received the order is not a good sign .. so call into the shop and hopefully we will fix the issue thank regards DJ PIZZA MANAGEMENT

I realize that this was not the service that you expected...but we tried our very best to contact you from our shop and the driver also contacted you 3 to 4 times but no one answer ....and your food came back to the shop because there was no any other way to contact you to deliver the food when no one answer our calls.. Sincerely apology for this bad experience...
