Sorry you were disappointed but please take another look at what you ordered. Chicken breast with lettuce, mayo and extra coleslaw. There was no notes at all on this order, nothing stating you did not want butter or otherwise. Reading your review we suspect what you meant to order was hot southern fried chicken fillet not chicken breast as this is the only other hot chicken we offer, the sausage we delivered are the same brand and style of sausages we have been selling for the past ten years or more so I'm not sure why you found them too spicy on this occasion. Our contact number is printed on the top of every receipt, had you given us a call and made us aware you had selected the wrong choice of chicken we may have been able to rectify the issue for you rather than lowering our customer ratings by posting a one star review. Sorry to hear you were not happy with your order but the contents of the panini you ordered was selected by you, Southern fried chicken fillet, fresh cut salad and extra coleslaw. We were somewhat surprised with your choice as not many customers would select such wet ingredients as garlic mayo + coleslaw and fresh cut salad for a panini as it's cooked in heavy grill so the mayo and fresh tomato will soften the panini bread not allowing it to crisp but its not our place to tell a customer what they should select. As for the scone, we make our scones inhouse every morning, we sold over two dozen scones today and every day without complaint, maybe the garlic mayo from your panini tainted the taste. We are in business over 30 years and in that time we have never purchased product for resale form Aldi or any other retailer for that matter. Thank you.
