Food was gorgeous, all of us ordered tenders and gravy fries (one was a kids meal). Only a small thing, but would probably prefer a separate pot of gravy, as with the kids meal, but as I said, it’s a tiny thing, the meal was great !

A little bit about us

It all started when Chef Ian Ussher hatched his bright-yellow food truck in late autumn of 2020 at the Walkinstown Roundabout in Dublin 12. His sticky Korean wings “Hot Clucker” buffalo-fried buttermilk chicken, truffle Parmesan tenders and loaded fries have had hens, chicks and cockerels flapping around with delight.
