Absolutely appalled!!!! My wife ordered a specific baby formula for our baby which was available according to the form. a completely different brand was delivered. When my wife rang to ask the manager simply said they were only different’flavours’!!!! Could not believe that we were able to order something they did not have in stock and their solution was just to send out anything they had!!! So so disappointed and cannot believe the attitude and lack of customer care!!!

orderd a roll got a phone call to say they don't do beef so I said I would take ham on the roll but ended up with a sandwich instead now that sandwich is in the bin as the person wanted a roll to take into work not a sandwich I will never use them again as they never have gotten my order right

They didn't read the note what so ever, item marked out of stock and didn't even offer a replacement. What's the point in leaving a note if the staff don't read it????

I was delivered my order but missing a roll. The justeat support said they wouldn't give me a refund or the roll. I call the store and the staff are very friendly and helpful and let me come down to get the roll. Highly recommend centra but go to the store don't buy on justeat with their horrendous support and extra hiked prices.
