was delivered to the wrong address and when I called for support even though my order was turned away at the door by my friend just eat was unable to refund or get me in contact with the driver so now I don't have my food or money. thanks

i have ordered my food at 11.30 and they marked it would arrive between 11.40 and 12.00 but still no sign of it now at 13.22 and then they marked it as delivered no option for cash so had to pay by card and they werent even bothered to deliver JOKE

I ordered 3 rolls (small order), only received 2. Rang restaurant, not even an apology! No solution only to ring just eat. Rang just eat. No option for re-delivery. Very bad system in place.
