So my order was just under 2 hours late and the app had said it was delivered when it wasn’t. I rang customer services where the girl was very sympathetic and helpful , however she said that most likely the guy didn’t have time to deliver my order so she refunded me right away. 5 mins later the door bell rang and I looked out the window., the delivery guy dumped the order on the doorstep and briskly walked away. My food was cold and wet. Very disappointed

Delivery driver called told me he's in Pettits Supervalu carpark and he asked me to go there to pick up my order, I told him as I paid for delivery I will not go all the way there to pick up my order, at this point he hung up the phone and that was the end of the conversation!After having to contact Just Eat twice I was offered a sincere apology and a full refund!

Once again the order was not complete. seriously how hard is it to pick 4items off a shelf and put into a bag??? EVERY single time I order from Centra Boghall it's the same.
