Each dish is prepared fresh & cooked to order We only use grass fed Irish beef, barn raised chicken & pork & free range eggs in our main courses We use locally grown in season Irish vegetables where we can Absolutely no MSG is added to our food At Camile, we have made wild & brown rice the default option with our curries & stir fried. It is is very rich in antioxidants containing up to 30 times more than white rice! Which means regular consumption of wild rice protects you from disease & ageing As with any kitchen, there is a chance of cross contamination but our tofu is fried in new vegetable oil & we use separate woks to prepare vegan dishes All our woks are washed after every use but as in any kitchen there is a chance of cross contamination Camile uses ingredients that contain most of the major allergens (Cereals, Crustaceans, Eggs, Fish, Peanuts, Soybeans, Milk, Nuts, Celery & Sesame).
