This is my first bad experience here, I arrived to collect, they had missed the order, which can happen but also didn't have everything I ordered. I asked to cancel which I was told was fine. However, order processed and app said it was ready, I was then told I had to cancel. I decided to keep the order & change one item. When I arrived to pick it up, the order was not ready. Then they had missed an item, so I waited again for that. Zero apology when food was finally ready. Not worth the wait
