Over and over again they keep missing items I pay for. I always check as much as possible when collecting but I didn't think I need to check INSIDE THE BURGER to make sure they give me the cheese I'm paying for. Also miserable staff that are not nice at all. Big drama to collect the order. Asking unnecessary questions while I had the order number and there was only one order waiting to be collected. Staff decided to make it a hassle for me and for themselves. I dislike this place with my whole heart and only get food there cause I live around the corner. But I'm gonna switch to mcdonalds I guess. Abysmal service and stealing my money.

I was told the driver would usually leave the food at the door but because the door wasn't answered immediately they left with the food and the agent could not confirm what happened to it

Delivery was only 3 min drive from my work and I got my order one hour later , driver didn’t even tried to look at the address I pointed , was waiting behind the corner 20 min , got a call from the office if just eat was a cussed in wrong address what wasn’t true , left a workplace to loook for a driver on the bike I was told he was in the car and didn’t even come outside to me a was walking around the car , asked the driver what wasn’t unclear in the address?: I wrote with Capital letter Tanning Salon what is located on Main Street big blue house ( eircode shows exact this building) he said that he not supposed to know all the addresses (even tho I can see Burger King from my window ) , food was all cold , no ketchup no salt , will never order again very disappointed

Driver called saying it was downstairs, nobody at the door. Trying to call the driver back, no answer. On the app it says food has been delivered but obv not to me.

Driver bike handling my food with his gloves. I asked him change. I waited for 1 hour so I had to go Burger Jing Omni Santry to complain. Food never came back packed properly

Ordered at 13:45 for delivery 14:05. Driver wasn't assigned til after 14:15. Food didn't arrive til nearly half an hour later and at that stage was cold. Very disappointed
