Our mission is to create the ultimate burger experience, where every bite is an explosion of flavour and satisfaction. At The BRGR Shack, we keep our menu small and our burgers packed with high-quality fresh locally-sourced ingredients.
Our patties are made from 100% pure Irish beef, sourced from local butchers, while our buns come from the country's leading artisan bakers - Coughlan's. We hand-cut and season our French fries every day, & have also developed our own unique burger sauce and a cooking style that helps us create the perfect on-the-go gourmet burgers.
We also offer a range of options for those with dietary restrictions.
