8.2% POST MODERN CLASSIC REIMAGINED The UK’s favourite craft beer – the beer that started it all – gets ramped up to 8.2% for a relentlessly hoppy onslaught that balances a light malt backbone with a citrus-forward and super pithy delivery. 4.5% OLD WORLD LAGER Rustic Lager is not Lager reinvented, it’s Lager remembered. Brewed using a blend of our house yeast, with an amber colour from 100% British malt and a dry hop bitterness from Pacific Northwest hops, this 4.5% beer is unfiltered and unfined. Rustic lager is taking lager back from thin, over processed, industrial monsters and unreliable reinventions, giving you a crisp, refreshing drink without filters or additives.

Beneath the onslaught of juicy hops is a low background bitterness that’s complemented by flashes of light resin and glimmering hints of pine, all culminating in a 9.5% chorus that’s both full-bodied and super smooth.

The light Pilsner malt base is the perfect foundation, offering up a delicate backbone that gives the hops a stage to shine. The final result is a light lager with zingy citrus and herbal notes, coupled with savoury biscuit malts. All the flavour, none of the alcohol.
