I'm being honest about the delivery on this occasion which usually does arrive on time but I can forgive the lateness because it was the Champions League final that evening so was ok with delivery time. I also don't appreciate that my messages are not read as I repeatedly ask for no tomato in my burger so I now have to call every time to make sure which is something I consider when ordering from Boss Burger and do consider other restaurants because of it.

I ordered a plain kids burger for my son who is 12 and a kids pizza for my other son. My son who had the burger started throwing up a half hour ago and is still throwing up. He ate nothing other than the burger and chips since lunch. I just went to call but then realised boss burger closes at 10pm.

Food cold, orders were missing, and it arrived late. On top of that I called them up about the missing order and they said they wouldn't send it out on the same night. They said they would give store credit, but it's only applicable if I order from them rather than just eat. Safe to say Im horriblely disappointed with the service.

My loaded buffalo fries didn’t come with my order so that’s about a fiver gone. Called five separate times on the phone number provided though Justeat and from Google with no one answering the phone.

Chicken was very dry...tasted as if cooked straight from frozen...order was ten minutes late after collection time...very expensive for the overall quality...

First of all it was late... Wings were drowning in sauce and there was no other seasoning other than BBQ sauce, no flavour what so ever. Loaded fries - salty and inedible. Never again...

This was my first and last time to order from boss burger. Placed my order to be delivered at 9:15, got a call from them at 9:12 to say pizza ovens were broke and is there anything else we would like. We said fine and ordered 2 bacon cheeseburgers. Order arrived at around 10. Chips were like cardboard so cold and reheated and cold cheese and garlic sauce on top. They were all put in the bin. Burgers had just cheese no bacon. The only nice thing we're the milkshakes but not that hard to make a nice milkshake!! Very disappointed with service and food and would not even give a 1 Star.

Really awful. Order arrived over 1 hour late, was missing items and was stone cold. Sent it back with the driver who said it would be right back, waited for over an hour and a half for second delivery. Had to ring twice to get an update and told it was out for delivery. Food never arrived. Would never order again and avoid at all costs. An absolute disgrace.
