For the past 30 years, we, the O’Malley Family have been operating in the food business in the West of Ireland. BlueThunder first opened its doors in the 1980’s and we insisted on serving premium high quality food in a friendly environment. We insisted on serving 100% Irish Beef, 100% Irish Lamb and 100% corn fed chicken from suppliers and farms we trust. Our chicken is freshly cooked and our fish is battered daily for your enjoyment.
