I appreciate this wasn’t entirely the restaurant’s fault but when I rang to check where my food was (a driver hadn’t arrived at the restaurant even though the food was ready for collection) I was told to “ring Just Eat”. Not acceptable. I’ll let it go this time cos the food is so good, but if you can’t deliver on time, don’t say “nothing to do with me”.

Blaze, your food is excellent, your only mistake is using Just Eat as a delivery service their drivers are terrible. I ordered food from you because I genuinely enjoy your food but thanks to a Just Eat driver I received an order from Rocket. As a result I don’t know if I can trust ordering again. Sorry but when I order your food, I expect to get your food not someone else’s.

Will never order from here again. Two raw beef Pattie’s on the burger. Chips and wings were cold. Tried to contact restaurant and no answer, twice. Just Eat attempted to contact them, no answer. Shocking service and food is sub par. Avoid!
