Saturday, 14 October 2023Products and delivery times are fine (if a small bit overpriced) , I just wish the delivery drivers would read the order notes. Every single time I write down “please call the phone number listed, do not knock at the door”, but they never listen. There’s people in my house who have to sleep earlier than most for work, and the sound of the door knocking is very loud. There’s been many a time one of my family members has been woken up by the knocking because you fail to read the note

Thursday, 12 October 2023I am disable and I was asked by the driver to come out and collect my order from across the road in his car. This defeats the purpose of home delivery which is to be delivered to one's door. It is also very poor treatment of the disabled.
