I didn't contact the restaurant until after the expected delivery time and the people I spoke to were great at coming back. However the driver says he tried to deliver and contact me but he didn't, not at my address anyway. So it took 2 hours for the food to arrive from when I ordered and the food was cold. Usually your delivery is great so hoping this is a once off.
