What an utterly abysmal experience. Ordered for delivery. Took over 1 hour 40 minutes. Food was then cold and missing an item on the order. If you're ordering for delivery just avoid. Genuinely shocking stuff. Sad given collection is usually good

Pizza cost €30 alone and was tasteless, thin, burnt and a pathetic amount of toppings. Wrong drink was given also. Very disappointed. Can’t get over €30 for one pizza a dip and and a wrong drink.

Unfortunately, the pizza was well overcooked. The kids pizza was all black on the crust, which my child wouldn't while two others were similarly over cooked. I understand it can happen, but surely can see pre sending. Where is the quality assurance. Disappointed, as I have been to base before where it's been very good. Hopefully it's just a blip and learnings for a new location.
