Don't bother ordering the hot food, they expect you to toast your own toasties and panini's , not even a warm sausage roll to be had. Apparently sending out their hot food as heat it yourself at home is a solution to previous customer complaints about food arriving cold. It can't get cold if it was never warm ... Wtf

Ordered grilled cheese toasties, was super disappointing. Food was cold and needed reheating, there was nothing grilled about it, barely any cheese inside, mostly just the wad of melted cheese on the top. The layer of butter between the bread and the melted cheese on top was absurd, like eating mouthfuls of butter.
Muffin was fine, hard to go wrong with a muffin.

Poor quality. Food cold. Incorrect order sent. Would not answer the phone when tried to resolve issue with JustEat. JustEat was very helpful, but I won't be ordering from Bakers and Baristas again.
