I ordered at 2.30am, but the estimated delivery time was 4. I waited until 4.30, and decided to cancel the order because it was way to late. I called the shop and they agreed to cancel my order. I then got a call at 5am to say my pizza was here, but I obviously didn’t want it at that stage. So I got no pizza and still got charged

We ordered the food at 2:30 and it didn't arrive until 2 hours later. It was cold when it arrived and part of the order was missing.

The food was absolutely disgusting and went straight in the bin. Order cheese fries, they were covered in garlic sauce that had congealed and was lumpy. Order chicken tenders burgers which consisted of 3 dry and burnt chicken tenders on a stale bun with one piece of limp lettuce on top. Not to mention the fact I had to wait over an hour for this thrash. Restaurant would not issue refund. Avoid. This is the second time I’ve had terrible food from there

Service was disgraceful and certain member of staff was extremely rude on the phone and kept hanging up when I was calling to find out where my order was

Ordered our food at 12:45, the wait time said 20minutes. We then got an email to say it would be delivered at 2:00. I tried calling multiple times to cancel the order but the phone kept ringing out. Really unimpressed with the delivery time and being unable to contact the restaurant. Will not order from here again. ‘‘Alternatively please call Apache Pizza Late Night Dublin 8 on 014536504 – they'll be happy to help’’ not so happy to answer the phone unfortunately.
