Tuesday 18 February 2025I've been a loyal Apache customer, but one delivery driver’s behavior has been consistently unacceptable since an incident a year ago we got distractred. Despite our efforts to promptly answer the door, he repeatedly makes snarky remarks and is rude, even though this isn’t the case with my husband or other drivers. His false claims of trying to call and his hostile attitude make me feel harassed and uncomfortable. I hope Apache addresses this to ensure all customers are treated respectfully.

Sunday 22 December 2024Was charged 3 euro extra for a confusion with delivery address. The driver arrived at my door demanding 3 euro in cash which I did not have so he left and arrived with a card machine to collect the 3 euro
