They only contacted me via mail, I got called 10 minutes later by JustEat and they told me to go outside - noone was there. I tried to contact Just Eat and the restaurant, which took me a while, but eventually I got to talk to them. The guy on the line was rude, impolite and blamed me for not coming outside and accused me of trying to scam them. He blamed me for having submitted a wrong phone number (although JustEat could contact me for some reason) - and he asked for an Irish and not Austrian number, which I don't have - he even made fun of me and said that my number was not legitimate. Then just hung up. We called them again with an Irish number, he still was rude and didn't see any mistakes. After another hour of waiting the food eventually arrived, the driver was arrogant, blamed us and just showed the worst customer service of all time. If you want to wait for 2 hours for your food, get accused of trying to scam the restaurant and you like to be made fun of, Apache is the right restaurant for you.
