Friday 10 January 2025Item missing from my order. Was advised I would be looked after next time. Had been told this previously and was not the case. This has happened for a third time and the manager advised that I would not be receiving what I ordered as it wasn't financially significant to them.

Saturday 14 December 2024Pizza was not cooked properly the cheese was not melted correctly. The cheese could have been picked off the pizza in one piece. The pizza was also quite cold which I had to reheat in my oven.
