Friday 14 February 2025Ordered at 8pm and no food has arrived I’m on the phone to them nobody is apologetic and they try to blame me saying the driver called and no one answered? I got no call nobody rang the doorbell, my room is right beside the front door I would’ve heard if somebody was here, then I asked to reorder the order and he took my order over the phone and said the food would be with me soon, it’s now 23:55 and I called to ask where is my food and he said they decided not to send it? Disgraceful.
