Chips were burnt and completely black, and pasta was cold and over cooked

I got a Hawaiian pizza and it was lovely so fresh and tasty. Had high expectations for the carbonara but was a little disappointed. sauce was a little bland and the bacon tasted a bit off not sure if I’d buy the carbonara again but the pizza on the other hand was delicious!
