We use premium flours, regional plum tomatoes, 100% Fior di latte mozzarella.

Where possible we try to leave our dough to rise overnight to create a light and delicious crust.

We can substitute our pizza base with gluten free pizza base for an additional €2.50.

Most pasta dishes can be substituted with gluten free pasta.
