Sunday, 21 April 2024Driver never gave us drinks and when i phoned the restaurant they said there is nothing they can do because the driver works for justeat and not amigos. My order was over €70, burritos were made incorrect and nachos were cold by the time they got here otherwise I wouldnt be so bothered about a few missing drinks. The girl on the phone also said that no manager was available to speak on the phone. Absolute disgrace of a restaurant and wont be ordering from here ever again.

Dylan , sorry for your experience. I understand your point, Unfortunately drivers doesn't work for us , normally drivers spouse to check the order before going out from restaurant and drinks were left on counter for them. Because drivers doesn't work for us they refused to deliver the drinks even it was their fault that they left the drink on counter. I understand that you might think that we do delivery and we have control over it but we don't do delivery our self , justeat does it for us and that's why it is their responsibility to deliver your food in good condition without anything missing.
It doesn't matter even if you talked with manager outcome would be same.
We do feel sorry for delivery related problem but we have no control over it.

Thursday, 18 April 2024so disrespectful here , i rang 3 times to change my address but yet they still went to the other address! took my money 2 times was givin attitude everytime i rang. bad service therefore 1 star.
