Introducing the Just Eat Orderpad. Our revolutionary order management system could transform the way you manage and receive your Just Eat orders, making the whole process more responsive, flexible and manageable.

With your new Orderpad you can:

  • Connect to the Internet via Wi-Fi, an ethernet cable, or 3G SIM,  so you can always be online
  • View, manage and adjust delivery times for live orders, all on one screen
  • See orders more clearly on the large colour touchscreen. Plus, an integrated printer, which uses wider paper, gives you clearer receipts
  • Notify customers that their food is ‘On Its Way’ with just a tap. So your customers enjoy  a better experience which ensures they reorder from you again and again
  • Easily manage delivery times on orders, keeping your customers informed and cutting down the amount of calls you receive to your restaurant
  • Appear offline, or take items off your menu, at the touch of a button, making it easier for your staff to manage your restaurant’s status when things get too busy

Orderpad uses 3” EPOS printer rolls, which are larger than the till rolls you’ve been using in your Just Eat Box. So please hold off your next till roll purchase until you’ve received your new Orderpad.
