Adding and adjusting menu item descriptions

Product descriptions give customers insight into what they’re ordering. Clear and concise descriptions help customers to make quicker decisions. Here’s how to change or add descriptions to your menu items.

First, log into the Partner Hub.Then go to ‘Business settings’ and select ‘Manage your menu’.

  1. Select the item you wish to change
  2. Click ‘Edit’ at the top of the page
  3. Enter or change the description
  4. Click ‘Save’ at the bottom of the page once you’ve made your changes
  5. Only click ‘Submit’ once you’ve made all desired changes to your menu

Important: Always save each edit and only click ‘Submit’ once all edits are made. Do not click ‘Submit’ after every edit as it will take our Customer Service team longer to apply your changes.
