National Takeaway Awards 2019 Terms & Conditions

1. The prize is: Takeaway for a year (€1,000 value).
2. This Prize cannot be exchanged for cash or credit and the prize is non-transferable.
3. Each form submission will count for 1 vote only.
4. The winner will be drawn at random. The winner will be announced on the 15th January 2020 and the winner has until the 31st January 2020 to confirm acceptance of their prize; otherwise, Just Eat reserves the right to withdraw the prize.
5. The National Takeaway Awards competition winner cannot change or amend this prize in any way.
6. All other expenses incurred by the prize winner outside of the above stated prize are the responsibility of the prize winner.
7. Winners will be responsible for ensuring they are able to accept the prize as set out and in accordance with these terms and conditions.
8. The following general terms and conditions (the “General Terms”) will apply to all competitions run by Just Eat Ireland Ltd (“Just Eat”).
9. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Ireland and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.

11. Just Eat reserves the right to withdraw the competition at any time without prior written notice and/or to alter or amend these terms and conditions at any time.
12. Just Eat decision is final and binding in all matters relating to any competition and no correspondence will be entered into.
