The online privacy and security of our customers is extremely important to JUST EAT.

We never ask customers to enter their JUST EAT account details or any personal information via email.

JUST EAT does not store payment information or payment card details anywhere in our systems.

And we do not sell customer data to third parties.

We are aware that some customers have received sophisticated scam emails appearing to come from JUST EAT, which contain links requesting you to enter personal or JUST EAT account details.

We have informed all of our customers about this email scam and advised them not to share any personal data in response to an email.

We would like to reassure all of our customers that JUST EAT has not been hacked.

Unfortunately, email scams are all too common on the internet. We encourage everybody to remain vigilant online, frequently change their passwords and make sure their passwords are robust.
