New Year, New Restaurants

To mark the start of 2019, Just Eat signs 19 new partner restaurants nationwide. With continued growth in healthy options, it has never been easier to keep those new year resolutions.

We all like to start the year by turning over a new leaf and trying out new things – with an ever-increasing range of cuisine options to choose from, Just Eat can play a big part in helping you to meet your new year foodie goals and resolutions. In 2018 Just Eat saw a 55% increase in demand for vegetarian dishes with 50% more people
downloading the Just Eat app compared to the previous year. The demand for Gluten-free also rose increasing by nearly 47% while Pizza reigns supreme as the afternoon treat meal of choice on a Friday. As trends lean towards methods of more sustainable living, it’s no surprise that eating habits are following suit with Just Eat predicting a rise in Flexitarianism, a part-time plant-based foodie fad!

We can reveal today that 19 new partner restaurants have already been signed to the platform for takeaway collection or delivery to your home or office. The 2019 health kick has never been easier than this – Pita Pit, Blanchardstown will whip you up a low-calorie A-TUNA-MATATA pita bread filled with Skipjack Tuna, Guacamole, Fresh Tomatoes, & more……delicious!

Or if you’re doing Veganuary to start the year – Do Falafel have you covered with anything from the ordinary to the extraordinary Absolute Aubergine drizzled with Tahini sauce. Then Take A Veg, Dublin have answered our vegan prayers serving street food from around the world; mouth-watering doughnuts with a vegan twist! However, if you do have a moment of weakness, (because we all deserve a treat) Burger King is now delivering Whoppers from Hollyhill, Cork and Da Robertas, Galway can have a pizza at your door with the tap of the app!
