Where to Find Your Pastries on Just Eat This National Croissant Day

Croissants, where do we begin about our love for them?!

The beautiful, buttery, flaky, warm pastry has its own National Day and we are oh so delighted to celebrate! We’ve found the top five restaurants serving deliciously fresh croissants this weekend, available on Just Eat.

A fact that may surprise you is that croissants did not originate in France, but Austria in the 13th Century, originally called the kipferl! Over the years it evolved into the croissant, taking a number of different styles and being filled with a variation of flavours.

Choose between almond or plain croissants from Ranelagh, Ballsbridge and Monkstown’s Cinnamon stores. Put the kettle on, they’ll be here soon once you tap the Just Eat app!

KC Peaches

We can almost smell the sweet, baked goods! KC Peaches offer breakfast croissants, plain croissants or Pain au Chocolat, the decision is in your hands, as difficult as it might be!

31 Lennox

On the all day brunch menu, 31 Lennox serve ham & cheese croissants with tomato relish and a side salad! When you order, you’ll get two croissants, it’s not a bad deal for a brunch treat. If you’re a savoury lover, this is the perfect order for you.

The Good Food Store

Scroll to the breakfast pastry section of The Good Food Store’s menu on Just Eat and you’ll find the important stuff! If you enjoy your croissants filled with chocolate, there is a Pain au Chocolat, if you are more in the mood for some dried fruit, try the freshly baked Pain au Raisin, and let’s not forget the classic croissant. It is a day dedicated to them after all!
