Love Island Winter: The Cast as Takeaway Dishes

Since Just Eat is the official sponsor of Love Island on Virgin Media One (haven’t you heard?). What better way to get to know this season’s contestants than to compare them to our favourite takeaway dishes?! 

Mike - Vindaloo

Spicy but sometimes questionable.

Currently coupled up with Leanne, Police Officer Mike has raised a few eyebrows with his approach to other islanders’ situations. 

Leanne - Sushi

Classy and flavourful.

Leanne entered the villa with a no nonsense girl who had never been in love. However, things seem to have changed as she continues her relationship with Mike. 

Shaughna - Spicebag

Everyone’s a fan, brings joy when delivered.

Quite possibly our favourite islanders Shaughna is creating a lot of laughs for viewers and her honesty with her housemates makes her even more enjoyable to watch. 

Callum - Fish & Chips

Not everyone’s cup of tea but a favourite of a few.

Callum coupled up with Shaughna in the first episode, was stolen by a twin then moved back to Shaughna. With a new bombshell iminent, we are waiting to see if he stays loyal. 

Jess - Fried Rice

Needs a main dish to create more buzz.

Now without her twin, Jess has the chance to make an impression on the audience. Maybe now that she’s twinless, this fried rice dish will add some flavour to the villa. 

Connor - Cheeseburger

Could lay off the cheese sometimes.

Connor coupled up with Sophie on day one and is now struggling to keep her attention as she has moved on with Connagh, but we think it’s time he let her go. 

Sophie - Margherita Pizza

Not too exciting but everyone is still a fan.

Sister of ex Saturdays singer and TV Presenter Rochelle Humes, Sophie is yet to reveal her claim to fame! Now in a couple with Connagh, Sophie has begun to show more of the strong side of her personality, sticking up for her model beau when she caught Policeman Mike sharing his opinions.

Finley - Caesar Salad

Flavoursome, takes a while to get used to.

Footballer Finley took Paige and Siannise on dates when he entered the villa. After a couple of days, Finley managed to secure his WAG, Paige.

Siannese - unfortunately there is no such thing as a Disney dish. 

The Disney obsessed 25 year old from Bristol has been unlucky in love on the show so far, being coupled up in two separate friendship couples. 

Connagh - Ragu Pasta

Delicious and full.

Model Connagh entered the villa as a bombshell with Finley, choosing Sophie as one of his dates. Connagh is trying to win her over completely and we are wishing him luck.

Paige - Chocolate Brownie

Something sweet to make you hyper.

The Scottish singer and ex of Lewis Capaldi could be having a few more songs written about her. Paige has made a great impression on her fellow villa-goers and has now fallen “in like” with footballer Finley. 

Nas - Vegan Burger

Innocent with only good intentions.

Nas, Nas, Nas, another islander unlucky in love. We are hoping a bombshell is sent into the villa to win his heart.
