Prepare yourself for proper pulled pork, melt-in-the-mouth brisket and a world of flame-grilled food sure to make your mouth water. Every vendor present must cook with live fire using natural charcoal and wood only, no gas or electricity allowed, so this is gonna be a proper BBQ.
This year’s fire-filled lineup, curated by pitmaster & festival co-founder Andy Noonan, has a distinct international street food vibe with New York, London, Buenos Aires and Birmingham all represented.

Our Just Eat Waiter Service will be delivering delicious dishes from Box Burger, Kinara Kitchen, The Dublin Pizza Company, Clanbrassil House, Banyi Noodles, Smokasa, and fantastic drinks from Franciscan Well, The Bridge, Jameson, Comans, Rascal Brewery, Shane Kelly Dot Brew and Boyne Brew. A neighbourhood bistro with an in-house charcoal grill, head chef Grainne O’Keefe bases the menu around the grill, the seasons and sourcing from dedicated artisan producers.
Currently head chef in Clanbrassil House, Grainne is also a culinary director for BuJo burger joint (3* rated SRA members with a focus on sustainable sourcing and chargrilling grass-fed Irish beef).
John Relihan presents Smokasa, a Mexican barbecue pop-up, combining the vibrant exciting flavours of Mexico with fire and smoke to produce delicious dishes that will inspire and delight. Quality, locally-sourced ingredients prepared with love and passion by Ireland’s leading “open fire” chef. Including a veggie option Dirty Squash Taco, refried beans, crumbled feta, sriracha salsa, pit smoked seeds, coriander sour cream dressing. We’ll have 5 – thanks!
Banyi Noodle&Tapas Dublin was established in 2017 as a neighbourhood restaurant located in Dublin 1. Their menu incorporates western & Asian infusions creating the perfect balance & resulting in some seriously delicious dishes.
Under the guise of Head chef Arshad Ansari, Kinara Kitchen has become famous in Dublin for their fine Pakistani cuisine. For the past number of years, they have expanded into the green-field sites of Ireland’s festivals and outdoor events. Cooking their famous chicken and lamb skewers on charcoal satay grills. A firm Big Grill favourite, this year they’re back with an open fire pit.
