really disappointed by this as I love the food from here. we ordered at 4:45 with an ETA for 6pm. queried the delay at 6:20 and they said it would arrive at 6:55! over two hours after we'd ordered. no reason was given for the delay (I'm assuming we were forgotten) and nothing by way of apology. I also ended up having to make a replacement dinner while waiting because it was too long a wait for my hungry child. food was delicious, but the whole experience was disappointing.
