First and last time I order from spice and rice. Delivery was very late and required me to stand outside in the wind and drizzle for 25 minutes trying to direct the driver whom obviously didn´t have a map. Curry, nann and rice were cold. The lamb was tough. I asked for spicy with fresh chili and it was neither.

strange how my order was 13-45 inc delivery charg but when the delivery man got here he told me it was an extra 1 euro,, they can only charge what price comes up on line when u place ur order,,iam looking into this as a lot of places are doing it from what i here

I´ve been ordering from Spice & Rice for 5 years. The North Indian Garlic Chicken Chili is amazing, and they do possibly the best peshwari naan I´ve ever had.

Didn´t arrive until half an hour after the expected delivery time, on a quiet monday night. Google maps says it´s an eight minute car journey between the restaurant and my house. When I called to cancel the order due to its inexcusable lateness I was offered no form of discount in compensation and they just argued that the delivery was not, in fact late, also stating that it would be another twenty minutes (and thus, nearly a full hour after the estimated delivery time, two hours after I had ordered: enough time for me to have walked there, eaten and returned home). Ten minutes later the driver called, asking for directions, which means they had neglected to inform the driver I had cancelled the order. All in all I found the service awful, their attitude offensive and I feel that a trained mountain goat would have been more prompt with delivery.
