A 1 LADS PIZZA GREAT ON TIME LOOK FOWARD TO NEXT ONE CHEERS

Often order from sopranos and the quality was generally good until recently. Tonight was a joke! Ordered our pizza at 9.15 didn´t receive until 10.50. Delivery guy said he was giving us "free bbq and garlic butter". Realised then that out garlic bread with cheese we ordered was just a flat piece of dry bread with no cheese and the free garlic sauce was for us to make our own garlic bread!! Same went for the BBQ chicken wings! No bbq sauce on them! the "free" bbq sauce was for them! Opened up the pizza then which looked fine but sopranos were gracious enough to not slice our pizza so we could do it ourselves! I´m guessing the boss wasn´t there and someone wanted to go home early? Will not order from them again!

Something i cannot put my finger on about here, Its a place i really want to love, but i just cant. Food is good, but nothing major to write home about. I would order again on the other hand.
