Our order from PaPa Thai was short 1 main course tonight. As soon as we let them know, they sent out the missing dish in super fast time. The really impressive part was that they had included a Gift Voucher for €10.00 as an apology for the inconvenience. Very nice touch :-)

I´m not a person to complain (actually I´ve never formally complained in a restaurant or takeaway before) but Pa Pa Thai had me waiting over 90mins for delivery some time ago on a Saturday night... I would have accepted this if they had of told me the wait time when I first called in but they didn´t and when I called in after 45mins they kept saying "soon-it will be there soon". This is unaccepatable service, I called after receiving my food which was VERY COLD by time of arrival to complain. They promised to refund by sending a voucher to the value of the takeaway (29.80) that following Monday which was a fair and honest gesture, but.... Suprise Suprise and keeping with their poor Customer Service standards,I´m still waiting for this voucher and I couldn´t have been bothered to do there job for them and call in to complain further. As I said I don´t like to complain but as much as I can appreciate all business´ are unnder pressure with staff resources at present this is not acceptable under any circumstances in my view.
