I was very disappointed with the service and with the food quality. The delivery took 1hr and a half. When the food arrived it was cold and it was also missing a drink that had been ordered. I would not recommend this restaurant if you are looking for an indian take away.

Even tho this restaurant was listed in the Dublin 8 section I was askesd for an extra delivery fee when it arrived. They also left out my drink although I was charged for it. Food quality was low and took almost an hour to get here. Overall I was very disappointed.

Really nice Indian - one of the best I´ve had in Dublin. Delivered quickly and lots of food - probably enough for two in one serving :).

Took over an hour to come, they tried to charge me more then was quoted on the site, the food was stone cold and extremely bland.

I´ve ordered from Monsoon approx 12 times. Their food is excellent (Lamb Lal Maans highly recommended) but it has been a bit cold on a few occasions, which makes for soggy Naan bread!

Delivery is a shame. Estimated 1 hour, after like 1 hour the driver is calling to as for directions, and says he is here in 5. He arrived still 20 late. No sorry nothing, just playing with the change for his tip. Food: I didn´t like the apetisers, but that very well could be my taste. The spicy lamb dish what i ordered was really nice, and spicy ment really spicy... and thats goood. All together, i would go back for the food, but i certanly won´t order again.

Food quality was OKish but nothing special. The service and delivery were dreadful. After waiting 50 minutes I called them and they LIED that "the delivery man already left with my order and will be at my place soon". After further 15 minutes they said it would take just a little longer. After another 10 minutes they said that my order was redirected to another branch of their restaurant because this particular branch does not cater for my place (why the hell did they accept the order in the first palace then and why did they lie that it was already "on the way"?!) and that it would take "just a little longer". After next 10 minutes they said it would arrive "within 5-10 minutes" so it eventually arrived 20 minutes after this... I´m certainly never ordering from there again.

Delivery, which was estimated at 45 minutes, took an hour and twenty minutes (despite our apartment being four miles from the restaurant), and the food was cold when it arrived. Staff were rude when we contacted the restaurant to find out where our order was. The food was fine, but I wouldn´t order from Monsoon again due to poor service and ridiculously long waiting times.

Very disappointed. The Chicken Makhani had a very strange taste and was a bit watery. The Lamb Rogan Josh was average. However, the meat was of good quality in both dishes. Food was starting to go cold but like about 4km from restaurant so not so bad. I wouldn´t order from there again

Great food, a cut above the rest of the Indians in Dublin. Would like the menu to be a bit more flexible though - a choice of rice or naan included with main course, veg dishes available as a side dish portion
