I have not had an experience as bad as this in more than 5 years. I ordered at 6:52 pm, and the order came at 8:45 pm. This was the least irritating part. I received a call from the driver saying that he was at a children´s playground. I had no idea what he meant, and proceeded to give directions such as things like I´m north of this landmark, across the street, in this huge complex that is prominent on google maps and easily located with multiple signs. He ended up on a bridge 2 km away and I had to walk to the delivery man to get my order. It doesn´t end there. I walk over to him, wait for him, and he says my place is located right where he was waiting, which was over a bridge across the river and 5 km off target. I was pretty annoyed at this point and I told him my place is far from even where I was picking this up and he just smiled. Then, when I paid for my order, he gave me less change and smiled and said thank you, forcing me to give him a tip. This is after they tried to overcharge me for food that I checked the price against online. This is the worst service I´ve ever experienced, and I will never order from the ever again, and I will always recommend anyone interested to find a place that has decent service and food.

Never received my food! Had to cancel order after 2 hours of waiting! Worst food experience ever in my entire life.
