Jacob's Pizza

A real shame. The pizza was tasty but was freezing cold when it arrived as delivery took well over an hour. In addition, 2 portions of chips that had been ordered and paid for in advance wee never delivered. When I phoned the restaurant to ask that these be sent the staff member was completely useless and just point blank refused and then refused to tell me who the manager was or when he might be in. Thanks to the Just Eat chat support person who has arranged a refund for me. Disaster, will not be using this restaurant again.

I ordered. they first cancelled and then they called to say we clicked cancel by mistake. I paid by laser, 3 hours later and the food still have not arrived. I called the restaurant, a guy answered and said I´ll give you the number of the drive ask him where he is. I called the driver, he said 15 more minutes. order was made at 1 am. 4.30 am and it still have not arrived. i tried calling to cancel but no one answered. I went to sleep and the food never came. I want my money back.

It´s a shame this place just can´t get on the ball because they´re pizza is amazing and really good value. They took ages to deliver my order so it was cold. They also have a pretty limited selection of pizza toppings. However, they serve great tasting NY style pizza, best I´ve tasted in Dublin. They also have huge pizza sizes at great value. If they just get their act together they could do really well. I hope your listening Jacob!

The food quality is good however I ordered pizza from them twice and both times it came stone cold which is unfortunate cos the pizza is good. Also ordered a chocolate cake and got a toffee cake instead.
