Eddies Dynasty

I placed an order this evening at 8.50pm and we´re still sitting here at 10.10pm with no food. I got a missed call/voicemail msg from someone(I´m assuming the delivery driver) who used foul language when the phone went into the answer machine. The driver rang back 2 mins later and I gave directions to the house. When I rang the take away at 10pm who find out where he was the number rang out 3 times before I got to speak to someone. I was told the driver couldn´t find the house so he went back to base to get a new order as the food would have been cold and that it would be at least 10.30pm before they tired to deliver again. This is one of the worst cases of customer service I have ever experienced, as I was told that we were a bit far away and this was why the problem arose. Why did the Chinese take the order if they could not deliver on time? Why did the driver not ring me directly (he clearly has my number) if he had problems finding the house?
