Ordered a large chip and garlic mushrooms for specific delivery at 22:15. Arrived a few minutes before 22:00. Not off to a great start. Food was presented in a plastic shopping bag, with a brown paper bag inside it. The food was just scattered inside the brown paper bag. This is not ideal, as there was a pool of grease at the bottom, making most of the chips cold, disgusting and soggy. The garlic mushrooms were unbelievably vile. There was a putrid taste of yeast from them, making me gag. In addition, they might as well have not been breaded as the breading just fell off when you picked one up. There was also nothing in the way of juices as you would expect. I contacted Just-eat live chat promptly, and after some persuasion they contacted the restaurant, who contacted me. They sent the order again. The order was pretty much the same unfortunately: the chips were less undercooked and weren´t scattered in the bag as much, but there was still a little pool of grease, and the garlic mushrooms were still inedible.
