Our Irish Chicken:
It`s a frightening statistic, but up to 90% of the Chicken used in Irish food service businesses- and that includes restaurants & takeaways- is imported. Mostly from countries outside the EU, where animal welfare guidelines may not be what we would like. To get here, it has to be frozen of course & then thawed out.
Camile`s Chicken is 100% Irish, born & bred. Fresh - never frozen. A part from any other reason, it just tastes better.
