The food was delivered 20 minutes late (no apology for that), was lukewarm and had to be reheated (and the chips had gone soggy), and the delivery-man didn´t offer change back! 20 minutes late! Was that an upgrade of service worthy of a tip? Absolutely woeful, going to be recommending everyone I know not to waste their money with these chancers.

The only complaint I had was we ordered a prawn curry and (I´m not exaggerating) there were hardly any prawns in it...or veggies for that matter. I was surprised because they´re normally quite good, but this was like a curry soup with a sprinkle of veg & prawn. Everything else was great as usual.

I would of considered myself a good customer of bullys until tonight. I would order from them about once a week and was always happy with the service and the food I got. Tonight our food took 2 hours to deliver and when I contacted justeat customer service because I couldn´t get through on the phone they said the driver was on his way. So I waited about another 30min and contacted customer service again. The restaurant said they would phone the driver, find out the ETA and call me. I got no phone call and after nearly 2 hours waiting the food FINALLY arrived stone cold. No explanation from the driver on why he was so late was the final nail in the coffin. This food is only fit for the bin. If the management of this restaurant are reading this, and I know most do, at the very least an apology would go a long way
