Driver wouldn´t get out of the car to give me the food. Rolled down the window and started waving my order out the window at me. Thought this was actually a disgraceful customer service and I will not be ordering from them again, and I was a regular customer.

the driver rang me 20 mins before he eventually came, the restaurand forgot parts of my order ( egg fried rice) and the chips were freezing cold! never usuing this restaurant again!

This was pathetic, bad service, order came with no fried rice, not even boiled rice and the beef only filled the tub 1/4 ways. Rang up, girl who answered very poor attitude. They delivered the fried rice was grunted at by the delivery guy. Prawn crackers were actually chewy, chip were stale, thai green curry was like water and barely had any taste, by the time the rice arrived i had eaten the beef and the rice was thrown in the bin, out of fear that my food was tampered, dont know how this crowd are even in business. Steer well clear of this poor establishment.

I´m just after having a take-away meal from Bamboo Cafe Thai & Chinese., 46 Lower Drumcondra Road, Dublin 9 and the quality of food was really bad. The Singapore Mei Fa (Chef`s Recommendation)was a ball of burnt greasy vegetables and noodles with small pieces of meat. Salt & Chilli Dishes (King Prawn)weren´t a King Prawns , also really greasy and came with little pieces of burnt onions and peppers. Fried rice was really dry and had no additional ingredients. Adding a free chicken wings and prawn crackers was a nice touch. The whole meal felt like was prepared by the Chef who has no idea about Chinese Food, it suffered of lack of freshens and flavour.Covered in grease and burnt. Was disappointed and won´t be ordering from them again.
