Appalling service from these guys. Over 90 minutes from ordering to delivery. Had to ring takeaway to see what was happening. Guy arrived with cold food, and some wrong items, and then had no change, and wanted to leave me short and they would sort it out next time. Said no to this, and delivery guy wasn´t happy, went to local shop for change, and got the wrong change, so again was leaving me €6 short on change. Again said no to this, and he left. Another guy returned 30 minutes later with correct money. I will never be ordering from this place again.

This restaurant used to be one of my favourites however recently after the past 2 orders I have been more and more disappointed. The delivery men are quite rude on the phone. The time it takes to deliver the food has almost doubled. They refuse to deliver the food properly and will not come to my apartment building, I have to find and meet the delivery man in the street. Why do they expect me to pay a delivery charge if they will not delivery efficiently? What was once a very fine standard, friendly restaurant has unfortunately degenerated into the complete opposite and I am sorry to say I will have to think twice about ordering from Indian Signature in future.

Food was fine but delivery took almost 2 and a half hours. When the driver arrived in the area and couldn´t find our building, he rang three separate times and was rude - each time hung up mid-conversation saying, ´I´ll ring you back in a minute´. Waiting on food for an hour is fine but by the time it gets beyond an hour and a half and approaching two hours and beyond there isn´t really much point in getting a takeaway - it would have been much more convenient and less hassle to make our own dinner. Won´t order from this business again.
