1. Pok Pok

2. Thai Green Curry
Thailand is famous for its colourful curries, however do not let green deceive you. It’s just as spicy as its red curry cousin, as well as having a fragrant and tasty sweetness that you won’t find in many curries.

This flavour-combo comes thanks to tamarind and lime juice (sour), chillies (hot), palm sugar (sweet) and fish sauce (salty). The other classic tom yum ingredients are lemon grass and kaffir lime leaves, which give it that unmistakeable Thai flavour.
5. Panang Curry
This Thai takeaway is fried rather than boiled which makes something looking more like the sort of sauce-heavy dish you’d expect in India rather than the usual Thai dishes.
Typically made with beef, the intense, spicy sauce is seasoned with sliced lime leaves, and made a little milder and creamier with coconut. There are also usually peanuts in the curry paste.
