Brothers Eugene and Ronan Greaney, and their childhood friend, Laurence Enright started a cult following from their pizza van in Moycullen market and achieved huge success at the Galway Food Festival before setting up the pop-up store in Abbeygate Street which is now a permanent Galway fixture.
They use the very finest ingredients, the all important dough is made from caputo flour from Naples to achieve the unmistakable taste of an Italian pizza. With favourites like Hail Caesar Pizza with Lemon chicken, smoked pancetta, fresh rocket, croutons, homemade caesar dressing & parmesan and the Posh Pepperoni Pizza with Balsamic red onion, spicy jalapeno pepper, pepperoni & fresh rocket.
